I came to code and AI through a non-linear path — that is why I optimize for what reaches production, not for theory. AI automations + UI/UX design + production web, one project at a time. Most engagements touch all three.

How I work

Fixed price, never hourly
I quote line items after the scoping call and the contract freezes them. If scope changes mid-build, I flag it before doing extra work, not after. No surprise invoices.
Everything is yours
Code in your GitHub, design files in your Figma, workflows as portable JSON, credentials in your password manager. Nothing lives in my accounts. Handover is a non-event.
Weekly demos, not status updates
Every Friday you get a working demo, not a Slack message. Work ships in slices — you see it in production, you react, we adjust. No "we are on track" without a link.
