The problem

Hostels do not run on hotel PMS software. The category is too small for Booking.com to build for, too operational for a generic CRM, and too channel-heavy for a normal SaaS. Most hostals end up with one of three bad options: a spreadsheet on a shared Google Drive, a Booking.com extranet with no chain-level view, or a generic hotel PMS (Cloudbeds, Mews) that costs 4% of every booking as a channel-management fee. None of those give the operator a real picture of a multi-property operation: who is in which room tonight, which channel overbooked, which housekeeper is double-booked, which ADR is dragging the average down. The data lives in five different tabs.

What I built

Kambelleh is a chain-first PMS. The dashboard opens on a single today view — arrivals, departures, and upcoming reservations across every property — so the operator sees the whole chain at a glance before opening any property. The calendar is a multi-property timeline (rows are rooms, columns are days, color is occupancy), and the reservations module filters by property, channel, status, and date range without re-fetching the page. Channels push inventory automatically and the housekeeper view shows who cleans what tonight. Analytics surface ADR, RevPAR, and channel mix per property so the operator can compare apples to apples. No channel-manager tax — the operator owns their inventory directly.

Login — branded for the operator, not the guest. Demo credentials shown on the portfolio card above.
